2-亚甲基-1,3-二氧己烷衍生物的合成及自由基开环聚合

本文报道了四种2-亚甲基-1,3-二氧己烷类单体:4-甲基-2-亚甲基-1,3-二氧己烷(Ⅱ)、4,6-二甲基-2-亚甲基-1,3-二氧己烷(Ⅳ)、5,5-二甲基-2-亚甲基-1,3-二氧己烷(Ⅵ)和5,5-二乙基-2-亚甲基-1,3-二氧己烷(V Ⅲ)的合成以及自由基开环聚合。结果表明,上述单体在聚合过程中出现异构化开环现象。Ⅲ和Ⅳ的甲基位置在环上氧原子的α-碳原子上时,显示对异构化反应的影响比Ⅵ及Ⅷ的甲基和乙基在β-碳原子上时更显著。上述现象与异构化开环形成仲碳自由基中间体的倾向更大有关。 Ⅳ在苯溶液中及过氧化二叔丁基存在下,120℃反应,得到全部是聚-δ-戊内酯骨架结构的聚合物。提出了一种合成聚-δ-戊内酯类链结构的聚酯的新的途径和方法。     

甲基丙烯酸3-三甲氧基硅丙酯在乳液体系中的分配

通过气相色谱(GC)研究了甲基丙烯酸3_三甲氧基硅丙酯(MPS)在乳液体系各相中的分配行为,并测得了MPS在各种情况下的分配系数.发现当MPS加入量达到聚合物种子的约10 wt%时,体系进入饱和状态,且大部分MPS分配在粒子相中.通过对单体相分配行为的理论分析,并结合实验数据,发现种子乳胶粒粒径、聚合物种子中的化学组成对MPS的分配行为影响很小,而温度则使MPS在各相中的饱和浓度增加.     

GIF S-亚硝基化的一些见解

Neural growth inhibitory factor （GIF）, a member of metallothionein family （metallothionein-3, MT3）, was well known by its distinct neural growth inhibitory activity, which is not shown by other MT isoforms. However, till now, people still did not know clearly how GIF exerts its biological functions. Since it has been reported that GIF might serve as NO scavenger and was related to the release of zinc, our study was focused on the interaction of GIF and NO. By studying the reactions of human GIF and human MTlg with SNOC-a type of NO donor, it was found that GIF was more reactive than MT-lg toward SNOC. In order to further figure out if the high reactivity of GIF in this reaction resulted from the acid-base catalysis, several mutants were constructed： E23K, E41G/E43A, E23K/E41G/E43A. By studying their basic properties and the reactions toward SNOC, it was found that the S-nitrosylation of GIF was not only related to the acid-base catalysis, but also to the accessibility of metal-thiolate clusters.     

12兆瓦热电气多联产装置的开发

介绍了为解决某钢铁企业的中热值煤气，蒸汽和电的短缺而开发的一台12MW的热电气多联产装置，在该系统中，把一台流化床气化炉和一台75t/h循环流化床锅炉结合在一起，从而实现煤气和蒸汽联产，在详细介绍了该装置的设计思想和结构特点的同时，用所建的热电气多联产模型对该装置包括煤气产量，煤气成分，煤气热值和系统运行温度等在内的性能参数进行了预测。     

三(2-氨基乙基)胺-镉(Ⅱ)-2-甲基咪唑三元配合物的合成、结构与抗微生物活性

The complex [Cd(tren)(meim)](ClO₄)₂ was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The compound crystallizes in monoclinic system, space group P2₁/m with a=0.786 8(2) nm, b=0.834 2(2) nm, c=1.496 2(4) nm, M_r=538.64, Z=2, F(000)=542, D_c=1.822 g·cm^-3, T=298(2) K, μ=1.435 mm^-1 and λ=0.071 073 nm. The structure was refined to R=0.045 8 and wR=0.123 1 for 1 489 observed reflections with I>2σ(I). The complex was valued for its antimicrobial activity against bacterial strands using the agar diffusion method. It was found to be active against the four test bacterial organisms. CCDC: 600198.     

应用地质累积指数评价成都市河流表层沉积物重金属污染

根据流经成都市内的三条河流(府河、南河、沙河)表层沉积物重金属资料,应用地质累积指数法对重金属污染进行了评价研究。结果表明,河流主要的重金属污染物是Cr,地质累积指数分级多在0~1之间,属于无污染-中度污染范畴。     

甲基丙烯酸-3-三甲氧基硅丙酯/苯乙烯共聚乳胶粒微结构

我们曾制备了核-壳结构的杂化乳胶粒, 并用溶剂将核去除得到杂化空心微胶囊. 但由于此乳液聚合过程十分复杂, 在不同条件下反应得到乳胶粒的微结构有较大不同, 目前尚未见到各反应条件下所得产物微结构的表征和形成机理的研究报道. 本文将系统分析在不同反应条下, MPS和St种子乳液聚合过程中, 得到的乳胶粒壳层杂化聚合物的微结构, 并研究了其形成原因.     

Highly Enantioselective Phenylacetylene Addition to Benzaldehyde Catalyzed by Chiral Tridentate Ligand

Development of new or improved methods for the asymmetric preparation of chiral propargylic alcohols has gained considerable significance during the past years because they are useful building blocks for the synthesis of many biologically active compounds and natural products.[1] A series of chiral tridentate ligands were conveniently synthesized from amino acids with good yields (Scheme 1).[2] A preliminary study of the enantioselective alkynylation of benzaldehyde catalyzed by this chiral tridentate ligand was carried out and up to 83% ee of chiral propargyl alcohols was obtained (Table 1 ). A further investigation of the tridentate ligand is currently underway.     

气相色谱-质谱法快速筛选测定浓缩苹果汁中105种农药残留量

采用硅藻土柱层析法对样品中的农药进行提取及净化后，用气相色谱—质谱法在选择离子监测模式下进行快速测定，以保留时间和特征离子定性定量；采用此方法测定了包括有机氯农药、有机磷农药、氨基甲酸酯农药、拟除虫菊酯农药、三嗪类农药在内的105种农药，大多数农药的线性范围为0.05～10mg／kg，相关系数大于0.99；90％以上农药在0．2mg／kg添加水平的平均回收率在70％～110％的范围内。     

哒嗪酮类α1-肾上腺素受体拮抗剂的合成和生物活性研究

将苯(氧)乙胺和苯氧烷胺类α₁-肾上腺素受体拮抗剂中的苯(氧)乙胺、苯氧烷胺片段引入哒嗪酮类化合物中, 设计、合成了30个新的含哒嗪酮环的α₁-肾上腺素受体拮抗剂. 所有新化合物的结构均经¹H NMR, IR, HRMS确证. 生物活性测试表明28个目标物对α₁-肾上腺素受体有较好的拮抗作用(pA₂＞6.00), 化合物6o, 6p, 6q, 6v, 6x, 6y, 10c, 10d的pA₂值＞7.00.
